My password isn’t working. What can I do?

Your account on SLW Academy is linked to the Email address you entered when you registered. Make sure you are using the correct Email for your login. If you have forgotten your password, then click on the “Lost your password?” link in the login screen. This will walk you through instructions for setting a new password associated with your Email address.

How do I get the Certificate of Completion?

SLW Academy requires that all courses be successfully completed before a user can become eligible for the SLW Academy Certificate of Completion. In order to successfully complete each course, you must have a passing score in every quiz or test associated with the course. Once all the requirements are completed, you will have access to your certificate.

Who do I contact if I have some other problem?
